AWARD WINNERS

To recognize the importance of the retail market in the Central and Eastern European region EuropaProperty is hosting the fourth annual CEE Retail Real Estate Awards Gala in Warsaw at the InterContinental Hotel on February 9, 2012.

Countries covered in the awards include; Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. This year we are planning on over 400 guests with over 100 being retailers interested in doing business in the region. The awards gala will be preceded by a day of discussion panels covering the retail markets. The gala and day forum provides an excellent opportunity to make new contacts and renew existing business relationships in a pleasant and social environment.

Retailers, real estate companies, projects and individuals will be presented with awards of acknowledgment, by the industry, for their contribution to the development of the retail commercial real estate market in the region for 2011. Nominations can be made online at no cost. Our independent jury will vote on all the nominations to come up with a short list that will be announced at the beginning of January. The finalists will be voted on the night before the gala at a jury dinner held at the InterContinental.

With local and international media organizations present, The EuropaProperty CEE Retail Real Estate Awards will also act as a means of publicizing the retail sector throughout the region.
