Global Occupier Forum


Nominations for the Green Building Awards are starting to arrive and are currently being processed in readiness for the anticipated celebration in Warsaw on November 30th at the Marriott Hotel. Preceding the planned networking evening, which includes opening VIP cocktail, dinner & the CEE Green Building Awards presentation, EuropaProperty is organizing the one day Global Occupier Forum. The day forum will feature panel discussions and presentations from the most active global end-users in office, industrial and retail space.

The Green Building Awards presentation will feature the past, present and future projects in the pipeline, which have been recognized, by BREEAM or LEED as confirmed sustainable developments. Companies already submitting nominations include: AEW Europe, Chayton Capital, Ghelamco, ING Real Estate, MGPA, Multi Development, PointPark Properties and ProLogis.

Organized by “The Association of Green Building Professionals” (Central & Eastern Europe), the awards will be given out by the speakers and panelists from the EuropaProperty Global Occupier Forum. The award winners will be developers and property owners with properties and projects that have achieved a rating from BREEAM or LEED or are in the design pre-approved stages.

As with all EuropaProperty events the Green Building Awards and Global Occupier Forum will pride itself on an unrivalled format that brings together top professionals in an environment conducive to offering the opportunity to meet and network with leading market players.
