Building on the success of the last four EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards, EuropaProperty is proud to present the fifth annual SEE Real Estate Awards for 2009. Last year’s Gala event was attended by more than 320 industry professionals from major companies operating in the Southeastern European commercial real estate, investment and construction industries.
The fifth annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards Gala for 2009 will be held at the SAS Radisson Hotel in Bucharest, Romania on 27th May 2010.
Nominations – can be made online at www.europaproperty.com. There is no cost for making a nomination and there are no limits to the number of nominations one person/company can make. Companies and individuals are also allowed to nominate themselves.
Independent jury – a jury of independent real estate professionals vote on all nominations two months before the event. The nominations with the highest scores will be put on the short list which is then published for the public and press.
ERNST & YOUNG – for transparency, independent audit and accounting company Ernst & Young administers, calculates and audits all results from the final vote.
Attending the Gala and Forum – tickets for the forum and gala are available as individual tickets or corporate tables of ten (10) can be ordered online.
Sponsorship opportunities – Several options are available for increasing the profile of companies and projects
Award Categories – Awards are presented for companies, projects and professionals operating in the region
Countries covered - As an acknowledgment of the growing interest in, and significance of, the commercial real estate and related industries in Southeastern Europe, from both a development and investment prospective, the event covers Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, the Republic of Moldova and Albania.
