Networking Event of the Year
The 7th Annual Europaproperty SEE Real Estate Awards Gala & Forum is the only event of its kind covering the South Eastern European region. The event brings together the most active international and local developers, bankers, investors, lawyers and other CRE professionals operating in the region.
This one day event includes a morning of high impact discussion panels covering the regions keys sectors and issues then the evening opening cocktails, dinner and awards gala, with networking opportunities throughout the day and into the late evening.

Retailer nomination criteria A retailer should be active in at least one of the SEE markets in 2010. Retailers can be nominated for innovation, expansion, contribution to the market, market share, concept and design, commercial success.
Romania Green Awards
For the third year in a row the Romania Green Building Council will present the Romania Green Awards.
Nominations are accepted by the Romania Green Building Council directly and can be contacted the www.rogbc.org
Building on the success of the last six years EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards, EuropaProperty is proud to present the 7th annual SEE Real Estate Awards for 2011. Last year's Gala event was attended by more than 300 industry professionals from major companies operating in the Southeastern European commercial real estate, investment and construction industries.
Nominations - can be made online atwww.europaproperty.com. There is no cost for making a nomination and there are no limits to the number of nominations one person/company can make. Companies and individuals are also allowed to nominate themselves.
Independent jury - a jury of independent real estate professionals vote on all nominations two months before the event (see our website for full list of jury members). The nominations with the highest scores will be put on the short list which is then published for the public and press.
ERNST & YOUNG - for transparency, independent audit and accounting company Ernst & Young administers, calculates and audits all results from the final vote.
Attending the Gala and Forum - tickets for the forum and gala are available as individual tickets or corporate tables of ten (10) or tables of twelve (12) can be ordered online.
Sponsorship opportunities - Several options are available for increasing the profile of your company or project(s).
Award Categories - Awards are presented for companies, projects and professionals operating in the region
