Galeria Ostrovia in Ostrow Wielkopolski gains new tenants
A number of tenants have signed lease agreements securing their position in Galeria Ostrovia in Ostrow Wielkopolski; these include OBI, Rossmann, Martes Sport, H&M, Media Expert and Deichmann.
Galeria Ostrovia will be the first modern shopping centre in Ostrow Wielkopolski. The catchment area comprises over 117,300 prospective clients. This one-storey facility will house around 100 stores. Clients will be provided with 1,300 parking spaces.
The investor and developer of the facility is Zakład Budowlano Remontowy BUDREM. The scheme has a valid building permit. The exclusive agent in the commercialization of the project is Cushman & Wakefield.
