
Approximately 40 percent of the apartments in the Brunello building sold at Holland Park Apartments
Keen Property Partners (KPP), the owner and property manager of the highly desirable Holland Park Apartments in Warsaw, has sold almost 40 percent of apartments located in the Brunello building within just three months. The total area of the apartments sold is approximately 1,160 sqm. Additionally, a further 25 percent of the apartments in Brunello have been reserved.
The complex offers 59 mainly two- or three-bedroom luxury apartments, ranging in size from 83 sqm to 180 sqm, located in the Brunello (21 apartments) and Oscar (38 apartments) apartment buildings. There are currently 13 apartments located in the Brunello building available for sale. They range in size from 83 sqm to 97 sqm. The sale of the apartments in the Oscar building will start in spring 2010. Customers interested in Holland Park will have the opportunity to discuss details of the project directly with the sales team, and take a closer look at the designs of the apartments available during the Open Days events held in Holland Park between 22 and 24 January 2010.
