Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) the exclusive letting agent at Delta Park M0 managed by Valad in Szigetszentmiklós, is pleased to announce two new tenants of the scheme, namely Te Baerts Transport International and one of the world’s leading forklift manufacturers, Linde Material Handling.
Representing the landlord Valad, C&W secured the Dutch logistics company Te Baerts Transport International, on 363 sqm of warehouse space and 43 sqm of office accommodation.
Linde, introduced to the landlord by another agency, acquired a 590 sqm warehouse.
Emilia Tarró, Industrial Negotiator at C&W Budapest said: “The recent transactions at Delta Park M0 prove that despite the downturn in the economy well located industrial units available on flexible terms are proving to be attractive to good quality tenants. We are confident of further success at Delta Park M0 and are in discussions with a number of additional occupiers.”
Ferenc Trexler, Head of Real Estate at Valad added: “We are delighted that these two international and high profile tenants decided to acquire space at Delta Park M0, and in spite of the current economic condition have chosen to expand their Hungarian operations. We are extremely proud of our scheme and hope to announce more transactions shortly. We can currently offer areas from 350 sqm, a unique factor compared to the existing supply in the nearby vicinity.”
The 9,000 sqm Delta Park M0 has an excellent location in the Leshegy Industrial Park, close to the ringroad M0, which connects the site to the motorway network (M1, M5 and M7).
