
Panattoni warehouses in Warsaw 96 percent leased
Panattoni Europe has recently signed lease agreements for a total of over 23,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in three parks near Warsaw: Pruszków, Ożarów and Błonie II.
Only 4 percent out of the 220,000 sqm of space in the existing Panattoni parks in the Warsaw region remain available.
The new customers include: Poltraf, Mercator Papier and Astellas Pharma. Also, a client of Panattoni Park Pruszków - CAT LC Polska – has decided to expand its space.
The new customers of Panattoni Park Ożarów are Mercator Papier and Astellas Pharma. The former, a company distributing paper for publishing and office purposes, has signed lease for 5,324 sqm of warehouse space and 150 sqm of office space. It neighbours with yet another Panattoni customer from the pharmaceutical sector, Astellas Pharma, who will occupy 2,609 sqm of warehouse space and 258 sqm of office space. Panattoni Park Błonie II is currently fully leased. One of its new tenants is Poltraf, involved in organizing and handling direct distribution services in pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The company has signed a contract for over 7,200 sqm, including a 6,800 sqm warehouse and a 400 sqm office space.
In the developer’s third investment in the Warsaw region, Panattoni Park Pruszków, CAT LC has decided to expand its cooperation. The leading logistics operator in the motor industry has signed a new contract to lease further 3,927 sqm of warehouse space at the park. This is the second expansion contract signed in 2009: in March of last year CAT LC expanded the space it occupies by 5,415 sqm. As part of cooperation with Panattoni, the company leases altogether over 25,000 sqm of space in Pruszków and Mysłowice.
Panattoni has located six of its investments in the Warsaw region. Apart from the parks in Pruszków, Ożarów and Błonie, the developer also owns distribution centres in Teresin and Garwolin. The park in Ożarów has further growth potential, with two additional buildings planned to offer a total of 32,000 sqm of space. The facility is located in the direct vicinity of the route E30, 13 km from the centre of Warsaw.
