Złote Tarasy offices filling up
Skylight Tower, part of the Złote Tarasy mixed-use scheme offering 21,500 sqm of leasable space, has attracted tenants for over 4,100 sqm GLA in the last two months.
The lease agreements were signed, among others, with Pure Health & Fitness with a concept of a Business Club, Trakcja Polska, IDM SA and The United Arab Emirates Embassy. This success can be attributed to a combined effort of ING RED and the agencies involved in the leasing process - Kancelaria Brochocki, Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle. Among the present tenants of the building there are: Goodman Poland and Polimeni.
Mirosław Bednarek, country manager of ING Real Estate Development, said: “We are very glad that Skylight is seeing stable interest from prospect tenants. It reflects well the positive changes of the market climate as well as a satisfactory response to our efforts to optimally tailor our offer at a mixture of both local and international tenants.”
Lumen, the second office building within the complex, is currently 98 percent let, leaving only 600 sqm still available from the total of 23,500 sqm. The recently signed lease agreements in total account for over 1,100 sqm. Among the main tenants in Lumen there are both international and Polish companies such as: Amgen, BZ WBK, Discovery Polska, DTZ, Mars Polska, Michael Page International, ProLogis, Solidex, Vattenfall and ING Real Estate Development.
Skylight and Lumen constitute the 45,000 sqm office component of the Złote Tarasy complex located next to the Central Railway Station, in the heart of Warsaw’s Central Business District. Skylight - a high-rise tower - provides A+ Class office accommodation on 18 floors. The average office floor space is 1,100 sqm. Lumen – a 23,500 sqm oval office building, out of which almost 23,000 sqm is occupied – offers high class office space on eight floors. It is divided into two buildings, A (on the west side) and B (on the east side) that are connected by glazed walkways. Both office buildings benefit from direct, but secured (only for coded access cards holders), access to Złote Tarasy shopping centre on the second floor.
