Parkridge Retail Poland has recently announced that its latest shopping centre development, Focus Mall in Gliwice, is on schedule and is set to open in the second quarter 2012.

“The unique project will be an extraordinary and interesting place for people living in Gliwice and the whole region of Silesia,” commented Jarosław Fijałkowski, the Chairman of Parkridge Retail Poland.
The spacious development, with its unique architecture, is the seventh and biggest Focus Mall of Parkridge Retail Poland to date. The mall, with a total area of 140,000 sqm and 65,000 sqm of GLA, will have 3 levels, 1,250 parking places and almost 200 retail points.

The expected project completion date is second half of 2012. The Blue Ocean Investment Group is working on the commercialization of the object.
