Balkimo has welcomed Ian Hurrell as a new partner of the firm. Ian has previously been involved in two real estate start up companies and partnered a further real estate business in London. Two of the businesses are still operational under different ownership.

Marin le Corre, Balkimo Managing Director said: “Ian is bringing over 15 years of real estate experience and expertise, including senior leadership experience in the property industry as such Ian will move our business to a new level.” 

In addition to Ian’s appointment as partner, Balkimo has announced the opening of the new Tirana office at the Rogner Hotel: “We are pleased to team up with the Rogner Hotel, one of the most dynamic hotels in the capital. Our local knowledge and professional services combined with the reputation of the Rogner Hotel will allow us to better serve our clients,” said Marin le Corre.
