Revitalisation of Mokotowska Square building started
Yareal Polska has gone ahead with the revitalisation of the Mokotowska Square office building located in Warsaw. Renovation works are scheduled for completion in the 1st half of 2011.
The revitalisation concept envisages a complete renovation of a stone facade dating from the 1950s. The interior of the building will be rebuilt and converted into Class A office space suiting the needs of even the most demanding tenants.
Mokotowska Square will total 8,500 sqm lease area of modern office space on 6 levels and 1,100 sqm of high quality retail and service space will occupy the ground floor.
Tenants will also be offered 45 spaces in an underground car park accessible directly from the building. The top floor will have an external terrace offering a unique view of Warsaw's skyline.
The project is 100 percent financed from Yareal's shareholder - the Yam Invest company. Prelease contracts currently cover almost 30 percent of leasable space. Rd Bud is the general contractor for the project. The design has been created by APA Markowski architecture studio.
