Sporting signs up for Galeria Leszno
Galeria Leszno has signed a lease agreement for a 1,500 sqm store with Sporting – a firm, offering products of: Wrangler, Lee, Mustang, Levi`s, Campus, Northface, Bergson, Alpinus, Roxy, Rossignol, Salomon, Iguana, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Puma and Converse.
Galeria Leszno comprises 32,000 sqm (GLA). The establishment will consist of a two-storey shopping gallery and a free-standing Praktiker (DIY store) comprising 7,390 sqm. There will also be an Intermarche supermarket (3,800 sqm), RTV/AGD, Rossmann (380 sqm.), a cinema operator and 80 various stores offering a wide choice of products and services. DTZ is in the process of conducting advanced negotiations with many well known tenants. An underground car park accommodating 700 parking spaces will be built to meet the expected demand.
This compact project is characterised by its optimal use of space and modern solutions in its commercial areas. The gallery will include both shops and service points led by local, national and international entrepreneurs representing a variety of brands.
The project’s investor is Agromex Development 1 and the main contractor, Agromex Development 2. DTZ in Warsaw is responsible for the project’s commercialisation.
The centre’s opening is scheduled for the first quarter of 2011.
