Yamaha and Mercator Papier in Batory Office Buildings
Liebrecht & wooD has recently announced that Yamaha Motor Middle Europe and a printing company, Mercator Papier, have become tenants of the Batory Office Buildings in Warsaw – an office complex which opened in October 2009.
“Yamaha Motor is a company that puts emphasis on, not only technical performance, but also on the design and soul of the product. Liebrecht & wooD share a similar policy – we construct high quality buildings to make people feel comfortable and, just as the Batory Office Buildings’ example shows, their architecture doesn’t have to be dull or bland,” commented Marc Lebbe, Liebrecht & wooD’s Managing Director.
Thanks to the modernization of the Jeorozlimskie/Łopuszańska crossing and the construction of Salomea junction, the Batory Office Buildings complex will become one of the most accessible business parks in Warsaw. The complex comprises of 15,000 sqm of usable office space, with Yamaha Motor occupying 319 sqm and Mercator, 718 sqm.
Batory Office Buildings is an office complex consisting of two twin buildings. Its architecture is reminiscent of the legendary Polish transatlantic ship “Stefan Batory”, which was also an inspiration to the building’s name. 6.771 sqm of rentable space awaits further tenants.
