Panattoni Europe has signed a contract for yet another large build-to-suit investment. The customer is Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific, a manufacturer and distributor of breakfast cereals and cereal products. The new distribution centre, Panattoni Park Toruń, totalling 30,000 sqm, will be erected in Grębocin, in the Lubicz commune, where one of the production facilities making breakfast cereals and cereal bars is located. The facility to be occupied exclusively by CPP will comprise a warehouse (29,410 sqm) and office space (900 sqm).

“The new warehouse in Grębocin, built to the specifications and needs of CPP, will certainly facilitate and improve services provided to our business partners at home and abroad,” commented Jarosław Szczepanowski, CPP’s PR Manager.

The investment’s general contractor is Goldbeck. The warehouse for the cereals manufacturer is scheduled for commissioning at the end of this year. It will be a high storage warehouse, equipped with automated distribution systems. The lease contract signed with Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific has been concluded for 10 years and is extendable.
