Echo Investment has recently signed subsequent lease agreements in Oxygen office building in Szczecin. Two subsequent companies have leased office areas occupying a total of more than 1,000 sqm. 

Medicover, offering complex medical care, will open on an area of almost 800 sqm and Fabryka Gier, a company dealing in designing and manufacturing games and community applications, advergames and educational programmes, will take up more than 240 sqm.

Other companies which have already leased offices in Oxygen are: Nordea Bank Polska, Coloplast Shared Services, Isabel Studio and Subway. The level of leased areas in the development now exceeds 50 percent.

Works connected with realization of the project are on scheduled. The shell and core state was accomplished in January 2010. At present installation works are in progress inside the building. The anticipated term of receiving the occupancy permit is in the II and III quarters of 2010.
