Panattoni Europe has recently concluded another lease contract in the Warsaw region. Piotr i Paweł, a countrywide chain of delicatessen shops has become a tenant of Panattoni Park Błonie.

The leased space, ca 5,300 sqm (5,331 sqm of warehouse and 277 sqm of office space), will serve as a cold storage facility, where dairy products are to be stored as well as include a facility for storing fruit and vegetables.

This is the second contract the developer has concluded with the Poznan-based delicatessen chain. In October 2007, Panattoni leased a warehouse to its client Panattoni Park Poznań I, situated nearby Poznań, in Gądki. The warehouse, with a total area covering 25,000 sqm, is servicing ca 70 shops, but the location in Gądki will render services to as many as 100.
