Real to anchor four Echo Investment shopping centres

Echo Investment has signed Real Hypermarket in four of its shopping centres located in Tarnów, Jelenia Góra, Piotrków Trybunalski and Radom.
The total value of the contracts signed is about €38.15 million. The contracts have been concluded for a period of 10 years and the Real chain will take over the retail areas in January 2013. Currently, hypermarkets of the French Carrefour chain are operating in the above-mentioned shopping centres.
Real has 54 hypermarkets in Poland employing 13,500 people. Sales are carried out in 36 towns and cities in 14 provinces. In 2006, Real incorporated retail outlets from the Geant brand into its structures.
