Colliers International has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent on the Kolmet office building in Warsaw. The mixed-use building offers both office and industrial space, located in close proximity to Wola Park retail centre. The building offers about 12,000 sqm of leasable office space and a total of 360 parking spaces.

“Long-term tenants appreciate the functionality of the object and attractive common areas. Convenient and easy access to the city centre and the roads leading out of Warsaw are the biggest assets of the building. A restaurant and several conference rooms are among the building’s numerous facilities,” commented Marta Wiewiórowska-Kudła, Office Agency – Landlord Representation, Colliers International Poland.

The owner of Kolmet – Mosaic CEE Limited, is currently preparing a showroom presenting the example of the office space fit-out. “Offices in Kolmet are equipped with air conditioning, suspended ceilings and tilted windows. The first potential tenants will also benefit from offices with terraces,” added Marta Wiewiórowska-Kudła.
