Jones Lang LaSalle has announced that Platinium Business Park has a new prestigious tenant. VeriFone has leased over 1,100 sqm in the Platinium V building, thus taking the entire fifth floor. The tenant will move into its new premises in June 2012.

Platinium Business Park is a prestigious office complex located in Mokotów, Warsaw. The complex is home to the headquarters of many renowned companies, as well as national and international institutions. Each of the four existing buildings of Platinium Business Park is practically 100 percent leased.

Platinium Business Park V is another office building within the framework of the project. Currently in the final phase of construction, it is scheduled for completion in June 2012. Platinium Business Park V will offer approximately 11,000 sqm of leasable space. Pre-let agreements for around 60 percent of the office space have already been secured. The last phase of the investment, Platinium Business Park VI, is planned for the second half of 2013 and will have a leasable area of approximately 14,000 sqm.

The complex is a project by GTC S.A., a leading real estate developer in Central and Eastern Europe. The exclusive leasing agent for Platinum Business Park is Jones Lang LaSalle.
