Turaz signs lease agreement in Łużycka Office Park, Gdynia

Łużycka Investment (Allcon Investment’s SPV company) has signed a new lease agreement in the Łużycka Office Park with the Polish branch of Turaz.

The new tenant will move into its new office in August 2012. The premises are located on two floors in Building D and amounts to ca 1,760 sqm.
