Valad signs two new tenants in the Czech Republic
Valad, the European multi-let real estate investment manager, has announced that it has signed two new leases totalling 3,390 sqm in the Czech Republic.
Sanitop s.r.o., the sanitary equipment wholesaler, signed a four-year lease, on 1,120 sqm of office and warehouse space at the Cestlice Business Park. The warehouse was let at €6.75 per sqm while the offices were let at €12.85 per sqm. Cestlice Business Park comprises 14,600 sqm of light industrial and office space located approximately 15 km south east of Prague city centre.
The autoparts wholesaler and retailer, Hobby Cars, has agreed a three-year lease on 2,270 sqm of office and warehouse space at Breclav Industrial Park. The warehouse was let at €3.00 per sqm while the offices were let at €4.00 per sqm. The 7,273 sqm industrial park is located 5 km from Exit 46 on the D2 motorway, providing excellent transport links with Brno and Bratislava, as well as with northern Hungary.
