DTZ has announced that the preliminary lease agreement for the supermarket premises at the Shopping and Entertainment Centre Forum Lviv, developed by Multi Development, has been signed. Amstor, which will open its first supermarket in Lviv and the western region, will become the anchor tenant of this project. Total area of Amstor supermarket, which will be located on the first floor, will amount to 2,700 sqm.

69,000 sqm Forum Lviv is scheduled for opening at the beginning of 2014 on Pod Dubom Street in the central part of Lviv. Retail premises will comprise of 36,000 sqm. The main advantages of this project are: its central location just 5 minutes walk from Market Square and the building of the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre; effective architectural design and planning solutions that meet the fundamental requirements of leading retailers and ensure comfort for future visitors; a shortage of high-quality commercial premises in the city, as well as absence of commercial and entertainment centres of similar format in the central part of Lviv.
