CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, was appointed as the property manager of Alfa Centrum shopping centre in Olsztyn. Alfa Centrum is owned by British fund Rockspring Property Investment Managers.

Alfa Centrum is the largest shopping centre in Olsztyn and the entire Warmia and Mazury region. The property is located in the city centre and has about 46,000 sqm of retail space and 1,020 sqm of office space. Alfa Centrum is a five-storey building, including two levels of parking space for 700 cars and one level dedicated to the multiplex cinema operated by Helios. The main tenants are H&M, New Yorker, Rossmann, Douglas, Empik, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Pierre Cardin, House, Ecco, CCC, Solar, Reserved, Big Star, Apart, Home&You and many more.
