Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed property manager for the Dukat Department Store in Olsztyn. The building was acquired by Arka BZ WBK Fundusz Rynku Nieruchomości 2 FIZ in 2009 and in 2010 underwent a thorough modernization. It was reopened in Autum 2011. Currently the refurbished store offers more space while preserving its original features from the sixties, which include its shape and glazed facade.

The Dukat Department Store is situated in the core city centre, next to the Alfa Shopping Centre. It comprises 3,300 sqm of leasable space. The main tenants are: C&A, Deichmann, Wojas, STARS drugstore, as well as a Subway restaurant. In addition to the retail component, the building also houses office space and conference rooms.

“Acquiring new clients remains one of the most important aspect of the development of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Property Management business,” said Iwona Laszkiewicz, Head of the Property Management Department of Jones Lang LaSalle. “The recent appointment as property manager of the Dukat Department Store in Olsztyn marks the beginning of our co-operation with Arka BZ WBK.”
