Cristal Park office building in Warsaw officially opens
A ceremony to mark the launch of Cristal Park, Yareal Polska's latest office project in Warsaw, has been completed on schedule.
Cristal Park is a cameral three-storey office building finished to Class A standards, totalling 10,300 sqm and located in the strategic area of Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw.
Cristal Park was 90 percent leased six months before completion. King Sturge and Warsaw Property Partners were the agents for the project. The building is currently 90 percent leased and the remaining space is attracting robust interest.
Yareal completed its project at a time when similar schemes in many European capitals have been suspended. Cristal Park goes to prove that a well-prepared project, developer's know-how, good marketing and stable investment policies can guarantee success even amid an economic downturn.
“Despite the economic slowdown we plan to further expand our development and to acquire new properties,” Eric Dapoigny, Yareal Polska's President declared at the opening.
