Panattoni has beaten another record on the industrial real estate market. After contracts concluded with H&M and Leroy Merlin, Panattoni has acquired another huge BTS contract, to be executed for an industrial leader. The developer will build the biggest warehouse in Poland for the Tesco chain, covering 57,000 sqm of warehouse space.

Yields decrease for prime assets in certain CEE markets
